1. Information We Collect

When you reserve an LED billboard truck slot, request a custom convention route, or pay via Stripe Checkout, we collect your name, company name, work email address, phone number, booth number, product category, and campaign notes. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on ShowCurb servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use your contact and campaign details strictly to confirm category exclusivity, coordinate ad creative proofs, schedule local LED billboard truck fleets, deliver GPS and photographic proof-of-performance reports, send invoices/receipts, and measure advertising attribution (including UTM parameters and conversion events where consented).

3. Sharing & Retention

We do not sell or rent customer contact lists. We share only necessary campaign artwork and schedule instructions with the vetted fleet operator executing your show loop, and payment transaction details with Stripe for billing and compliance.

4. Opt-Out & Data Requests

You may opt out of outreach emails at any time by replying "stop" or emailing jonah@showcurb.com, and you may request access to or deletion of your booking contact record at the same address.
